Bruce Edwin Snyder, 63, Neosho, entered into rest on August 20, 2019 at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, following a short illness.
Bruce was born January 5, 1956 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Harvey E. and Mary F. (Boyd) Snyder. He moved to Neosho in July 2011 from Joplin and had worked as a machinist for 30 years at FAG Bearing, retiring on March 1, 2019. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and working outside.
Bruce and Cheryl (Hearn) were married on July 29, 1989 in Joplin and she survives.
Additional survivors include three children, Ashley Nicole Snyder-Eichman and husband, Chris of Topeka, Kansas, Michael Bruce Snyder of Kansas City, Missouri, and Erin Marie Snyder-Boeger and husband, Ross of Bowling Green, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Zander Palmer Eichman and Everlee Faye Eichman; and one brother, Mark Snyder and wife, Brenda of Joplin.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 10 am at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories. Contributions in memory of Bruce may be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66; Neosho, MO 64850.
