Charles Wade Hampel, 36, Fairview, MO passed away August 29, 2019. He was born February 19, 1983 in Layton, UT to Charles Roger and Julia Lynn (Wallace) Hampel.
Wade was a lifelong resident of the Neosho area. He was a health caregiver with New Visions Group Homes. Wade loved the Denver Broncos football team and being with his friends.
He is survived by his father, Charles (Chuck) Hampel and wife, Melanie of Joplin, MO; maternal grandparents, John and Helen Porter of Neosho, MO, and Charles and Glenda Wallace of Broken Arrow, OK; two uncles, Kevin Wallace and wife, Amanda, and James Hampel; one aunt, Bernice Keeler; numerous cousins and other family members; and many friends.
Wade was preceded in death by his mother, Julia Morton on August 10, 2009 and his paternal grandparents, Paul and Verna Hampel.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, MO. A time of visitation will be held at the funeral home Wednesday from 1:00 until service time. Contributions will be used to establish The Wade Hampel Memorial at New Visions Group Homes and may be sent c/o Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66; Neosho, MO 64850.
