Essie Delores Buechler, 97 years, of Anderson, Missouri was called to Heaven on Saturday, September 24, 2017 at her residence in Anderson, Missouri.
Essie was born in Oklahoma on February 15, 1920 to the late Gus and Lily (Trammel) Gailey. She enjoyed sewing and quilting.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Gene Davis; grandson, Monty Davis; siblings, Helen, Lucy, Gustene, John and Marie.
Essie is survived by her two daughters, Bonnie Davis of Anderson, Missouri, Thelma Patterson of Granby, Missouri; three grandchildren, Julie Knight and Renee Hughes, Teresa Davidson, 11 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and friends that will dearly miss Essie.
Funeral services for Essie will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Home. Pastor Merle Halsema will officiate. Burial will follow the service in the Peace Valley Cemetery in Anderson, Missouri.
