Lois J. Crowe, 77, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at St. Luke’s Assisted Living in Carthage, Missouri. Lois was born February 9, 1940 in Denver, Colorado to Clyde Andrew Crowe and Mary Crowe. She was a resident of Carthage for the past fourteen years. Lois worked for and retired from Conoco before moving to Carthage. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Carthage.
Lois is survived by three sons, Richard Crowe of Fresno, California, Steven Spitz and Gary Spitz, both of Carthage; two daughters, Jeannie Webster of Naples, Florida and Cindy Patrick of Republic, Missouri; two brothers, Leonard Crowe of Vinita, Oklahoma and Andy Crowe of Ponca City, Oklahoma. Lois is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Lois is preceded in death by her parents, one granddaughter and one great-great granddaughter.
A private family service will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be at Elmwood Cemetery in Chanute, Kansas.
