(From Ozark Funeral Home)Anna Belle Lowe, 73, of Goodman, Missouri, departed this life on Friday, March 5, 2021, in the comfort of her daughter’s home, after a long hard fought battle with her health.
Anna entered this life on February 1, 1948, in Kenwood, Oklahoma, daughter of the late Dick and Lucy (Chumalookey) Weeley. She was raised in Kenwood and Jay, Oklahoma and was a 1969, graduate of Sequoyah High School in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
On May 24, 1974, she was united in marriage to Darrel Lowe and to this union two children were born, Billy and Tammy. They lived in Lanagan and Southwest City before moving to Anderson in 1982.
For thirty years she was employed by Hudson/Tyson Foods in Noel, Missouri, retiring in 2005. She enjoyed gardening, sewing and craft projects. She attended Mountain Movers Church in Grove, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Leo and Lee Weeley.
Anna is survived by her husband of forty-six years, Darrel Lowe of the home; two children, Billy Glenn Lowe of Goodman and Tammy Peterson and husband, Donald R., also of Goodman; five grandchildren, Christopher, Thomas Byron, Hannah, Halie and Jeremiah; two sisters, Betty Wilson and May Thrasher both of Lanagan; as well as a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 10, 2021, in the Anderson Chapel of the Ozark Funeral Homes with Pastor Brad Helton officiating. On-line condolences may be sent to the family through our website, www.ozarkfuneralhome.com.
