Terrie Kitchens

Mrs. Terrie Jean Kitchens, 66, of Webb City, Missouri, departed this life on Saturday morning, March 20, 2021, in the comfort of her home.

Terrie entered this life on November 10, 1954, in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, daughter of the late Robert and Lela (White) Vermillion. She was raised in Granby, Missouri and was a graduate of East Newton High School. 

On October 13, 1979, in Kansas City, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Dwayne Kitchens and together they have shared the last forty-one years. They resided in Kansas City until moving to Webb City, Missouri, in 1995. 








Terrie worked in the field of accounting throughout her life. She enjoyed spending time with her two granddaughters, quilting, traveling, and helping those in need.

Terrie is survived by her husband, Dwayne of the home; three sons, Roger Moore Jr. of St. Joseph, MO; Nigel Kitchens of Webb City and Jeff Kitchens of Minot, North Dakota; one Grandson, Mason Kitchens of Carthage; two granddaughters, Grace and Kaylee Kitchens; two brothers, Michael and Jack Vermillion both of Neosho; a sister, Debra Jarrett also of Neosho; as well as a host of other family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at Horner Cemetery in Winona, Missouri. Floral arrangements my be sent to the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Hedge-Lewis-Goodwin Funeral Home in Webb City.
