Judith L. Perez, age 74, of Stark City, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri. Daughter of John “J.D.” and Bernice (Haworth) Brown, Judith was born on April 11, 1948 in Granby, Missouri. Baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses at the age of fifteen, Judith remained faithfully devoted to Jehovah God all of her days.
On November 8, 1969, she married the love of her life, Jesse David Perez at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Neosho, Missouri. He preceded her in death on March 23, 1969.
Judith enjoyed gardening and the beauty of watching plants grow. Family was of the utmost importance to Judith. Her love and care for them will live on through her children, grandchildren and the generations to come. Judith will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her three daughters, Jennafir Monroe and her husband Jeremy, of Harrison, Arkansas, Rachel Nicole Monroe and her husband Ben, of Overland Park, Kansas, and Amanda Alexander and her husband Joshua, of Pierce City; six grandchildren, Lillia, Sophia, Barron Asher "Bash", Samuel, Zenobia, and Mercedes; one sister, Janice Bowers, of Neosho; two brothers, David Brown, of Carterville, and Danny Brown and his wife Janice, of Lufkin, Texas; sister-in-law, Angie Flores, of Vernon, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
Judith was preceded in death by her mother and husband, David.
A memorial service will be held December 17, 2022 at 2 p.m. via Zoom. Details may be obtained by contacting the family through White Funeral Home, Cassville, Missouri.
Memorial donations in honor of Judith Perez may be made to the family, and entrusted to White Funeral Home, P.O. Box 890, Cassville, MO 65625.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the White Funeral Home and Crematory, Cassville, Missouri.
