(From Parker Mortuary)Annette Virginia Barbour, age 73, Joplin, Missouri, passed away on Friday, December 23rd, 2022 at her home. Annette was born May 23rd, 1949.
Annette is survived by her daughter, Leah Perry (John); eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
