(From Ozark Funeral Home)Connie Rooks, 68 of Anderson, MO Passed away Saturday, December 17th at the Circle of Life Hospice House in Bentonville AR. She had bravely battled cancer for the past three years.
She was a graduate of McDonald County High School and had most recently worked for 10 years at Walmart. She was an avid gamer who was a friend to everyone she met. She also loved to listen to music and could tell you the most interesting facts about musicians and bands from the 70's.
She began her journey on November 10th 1954 in Joplin MO born to Arlene Robbins Morgan.
She was preceded in death by her Mother Arlene Morgan, a daughter Brandi Rooks and a son Christian Robbins.
She is survived by two sons Jeremy Rooks of Charleston, South Carolina and Jonathan Rooks of Anderson, Missouri. Three grandsons Tristan Robbins of Grove, Oklahoma, Kelon Robbins and wife Kaitlyn of Quapaw, Oklahoma and Christian Rooks Joplin, MO, One brother Kevin Robbins and wife Yon Cha of New Iberia, Louisiana, two sisters Valerie Meador and husband Shannon of Wyandotte, Oklahoma and Tina Stouder and husband Gene of Pea Ridge, Arkansas.
A private memorial service is planned for a later time.
