Albert G. 'Bud' Howard, age 74, Carl Junction, passed away at 9:55 a.m. Friday, May 27, 2016 at his residence after a long illness.
Bud was born February 17, 1942 in Lockwood, Missouri to the late Albert J. Howard and Sitha E. Crawford Howard and had lived in Carl Junction most of his life.
He worked in construction all of his adult life. Bud enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He was loved by his family and will be missed by all that knew him.
Bud married Susie Miller on May 16, 1963 in Joplin. She survives at the home.
Additional survivors include three children, Harry Howard and his wife, Ronda, Mindenmines, Susan Toney and her husband, Wesley Briggs, Jr., Webb City, Wayne Howard and his wife, Michelle, Asbury; one sister, Minnie Whitaker, Iowa; and grandchildren, Dewey, Ryan, Ivy, Ethan, James and wife, Melissa, Samantha, Jesse, Emma, William and Bryan.
Graveside services are planned for Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Carl Junction Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
