Zachary “Zach” W. Klink, age 24 of Joplin, Mo. passed away at 5:54 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Mo., following injuries received in a motorcycle accident.
Zach was born on October 9, 1991 in Tahlequah, Ok., the son of Kevin and Tracy (Wilkerson) Klink. He has been a lifetime area resident, Zach worked for the Joplin Humane Society. In high school, he enjoyed being a part of The Choraleers.
He is survived by his parents, Kevin and Tracy Klink of Joplin, two daughters; Ryleigh and Tryston, both of Joplin, three brothers; Stephen Klink and wife Ashton of Texarkana, Ar., Joseph Klink of Joplin, Austin Klink of Joplin, one sister; MaKayla Klink of Joplin, his paternal grandmother; Kay Klink of Joplin, and maternal grandparents; Bill and Sharyn Wilkerson of Carthage, Mo., and Ann Wilkerson of Tulsa, Ok.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Joplin Humane Society in care of the mortuary.
The family will receive friends during a time of visitation from 2 to 3 p.m. on Friday, May 6, 2016 at the funeral home.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Mason-Woodard Mortuary & Crematory.
