Sue B. Graves, age 97, Webb City, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at Joplin Health and Rehabilitation Center after a lengthy illness.
Sue was born May 4, 1919 in South Greenfield, Missouri to Omer and Martha Speer. She was a homemaker, clerk for Butterfield's Jewelry, and retired from Parkwood High School Food Service.
She married Burl Graves in 1984. Preceding her in death was Burl, three brothers, two sisters, and her parents.
Survivors include her children, Bill Hulstine (Claudia) of Jasper, Missouri, Pat Curtis-Hill, and Harlene Ardrey-Curtis both of Joplin; nine grandchildren, Angela Hulstine Janes (Andy), Pamela Hulstine Hubbs, (Kenneth), Joey Hulstine (Cavelle), Toby Hulstine (Christine), James Hill, Vickie Ardrey Drummond (James), Tammy Ardrey Moats (Trenton); 13 great-grandchildren, Rebecca, Krista, Nathan (Amber), Natalee (Tyler), Ty, Rachel, Hannah, Josiah, Kyle, Heather (Andrew), Alexis, Amanda, Nicole; nine great-great grandchildren, Andrew, Chryssa, Tianna, Brock, Gracelynn, Evelyn, Simon, Jayden, Ellieauna; two great-great-great-grandchildren, MaKayla, Josiah; step grandchildren, James, Michael, Eric, Tina, 12 step-great-grandchildren, Trevor, Seth, Andrea, Shelby, Jessie, Jordon, Eric, Raney, Chasen, Candice, Reagan, Stacia (Korey); five step great-great-grandchildren, Joyce, Karilee, Jackson, Micah, McKennah.
Sue was a member of Temple Chapter #95, Azotus Shrine #5, and Ruth Chapter #177.
Funeral services will be Friday, May 27, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in Parker Mortuary Chapel with Mike Geisert officiating. The family will receive friends at Parker Mortuary on Friday prior to the service from 10:00 until service time. A private family interment will be held in Wild Rose Cemetery, Webb City.
