Charles David Byrd, 66, of Neosho passed away on July 11, 2018. Charles was born on April 20, 1952 in Stella, MO. He was the son of Andrew and Louise (Miller) Byrd. He was a retired carpenter and carpet layer for Al’s Carpet. Charles was a lifelong resident of the Neosho area. His body has been sent for cremation and no services are planned.
