Esta Lee Bucklin, age 71, Joplin, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Mercy of Joplin.
Esta was born January 28, 1947 in Fort Smith, Arkansas, daughter of the late Oscar L. Cate and Ruth Williams Cate. She was co-owner and operator of Bucklin's Furniture on Main St. in Joplin.
In addition to her parents, Esta was preceded in death by two sons, Matthew Bucklin and Robert Bucklin, Jr.
Survivors include her husband, Bob Bucklin; daughters, Kim See and husband Scott of Carl Junction, Missouri, Shelly Hipfl of Frontenac, Kansas, and son, Scott Bucklin of Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri; grandchildren, Nathan See, Bradlee See, Alexus Robinson, Laken Robinson, Avery Hipfl, Caitlin Brown, Tyler Brown, Lacey Crowe, and Brandon Bucklin; great-grandchildren, McKenna See and Jace Crowe.
Graveside service will be Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in Union Cemetery, Stella, Missouri with Rev. Jeff D. Martin officiating, and family serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at Parker Mortuary on Saturday from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 p.m.
