James Allen Welsh, 61, passed away on July 19, 2018.
James was born on July 25, 1956, the son of James ‘Cleo’ and Andrine (Moe) Welsh.
He was a lifelong Neosho resident working as an auto mechanic until retiring in 2015. He had served in the U. S. Air Force.
He loved the outdoors and enjoyed being with his family. He was a member of the NHS class of 1974.
James is survived by his children, David Welsh and wife, Jessica, Jake Welsh and wife Melita, both of Neosho, Brittany Sumaqpang, Joplin, and Tasha Morgan and husband, Matt, Goodman; half sister, Kathy Lutman, Salina, KS and 14 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Joe. The family will hold a private service.
