Helen Louise Bandy, 86, Seneca, MO, passed into eternal rest July 27, 2018 at her home after a long illness.
Louise Bandy was born April 22, 1932 in Christopher, MO, the daughter of James E. Livingston and Helen N. (Lyons) Livingston. Louise was a 1949 graduate of Summerville High School and received her teaching certificate from Southwest MO State College. Louise was a school teacher. She loved farm life, gardening, sewing and cooking. She attended Racine Christian Church and loved 26 years of Bible Study Fellowship and teaching children.
Louise (Livingston) married Raymond Bandy on April 2, 1952, in Springfield, MO and he survives.
Additional survivors include their children; Raye Frerer and husband Fred, Joplin, MO, Raymond Bandy and wife Jan, Bentonville, AR, Doug Bandy and wife Melina, Granby, MO, Chris Bandy, Seneca and Dawn Turner, Haskell, OK; sisters, Euleta Griffith, Brooklyn Heights, MO and LaVeta Adamoli, Littleton, CO; 14 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents, James and Helen Livingston; brothers, James Livingston, George Livingston and Charles Livingston and one great-grandson, Silas Bandy.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 pm, Wednesday, August 1, 2018, at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO.
Funeral services under the direction of Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, August 2, 2018, at the Racine Christian Church with John St Clair officiating. Burial will be in the Kirk Cemetery with Joshua Bandy, Patrick Bandy, Matthew Bandy, Caiton Bandy, Corbin Bandy, Luke Bandy, Nathan Bandy and Peter Turner serving as pallbearers.
