Timothy Robert Maples, 60, passed away at his Neosho residence on July 16, 2018. He was born July 1, 1958 in Stone County, MO to Charles and Joyce (Owens) Maples. Timothy worked for Tyson – Twin Rivers and was a member of First Lutheran Church. He enjoyed his family, his dog, music, and being with people.
Timothy married Lynnette Gries on September 2, 1989 in Neosho; she survives of the home. Additional survivors include one son, Erik Maples of Neosho and four sisters: Joy Osborn of Carthage, MO, Reta Burlingame of Louisiana, Karen Williams, and Debbie Williams, both of Joplin, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Anthony; and one brother, Randy Horton.
Services will be 10:30 am, Saturday, July 21, 2018 at First Lutheran Church, Neosho; Pastor Steve Gillmore will officiate. Interment will be private.
