Helen Louise Heman, 95, Carthage, MO, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018 at St. Luke’s Nursing Center, Carthage.
Helen Louise Marshall was born September 27, 1923 in Sarcoxie, MO to the late Dick Marshall and Nell (Taylor) Marshall. She graduated from Sarcoxie High School, Class of 1942. She then attended Joiner Business College in Carthage. Helen married Al Heman in April of 1943; he preceded her in death in August of 1977. Helen was a member and very active in the First Baptist Church, Carthage, for many years.
Survivors include one daughter, Anne Finger (Bill), Tulsa, OK; one granddaughter, Tashia Doody, Knoxville, TN; one grandson, Phil Grigg, Forrest Grove, OR; and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, Roger Heman, and one sister, Mildred Marshall.
