Frances Ann Dyer, 93, Neosho, died Feb. 20, 2014 at Freeman Hospital in Neosho, following a short illness.
Frances was born Feb. 9, 1921 in Hughes Springs, TX and moved to Boulder City, MO in 1947 from Texas. She and her husband, Claude, owned and operated the Boulder City Grocery Store from 1947 – 1973 and she had worked at Big Smith and La Z Boy, retiring from La Z Boy in 1988. Frances was an avid card player and an active member of the Rocketdyne Road Church of Christ.
She married Claude Dyer in May of 1944 at Dallas, TX and he preceded her in death on May 2, 1991. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 1 PM until service time at Clark Funeral Home.
