Hung Yu Yang, 51, of Joplin, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2014 after a hard fought battle with cancer.
Hung Yu was born May 15, 1962 to the late Tsai Ching Yang in Taipei, Taiwan.
Hung Yu married Chun Yu Chang in December of 1987. They moved to Joplin 20 years ago with their two kids. Hung Yu was a homemaker who took great care of her family, always putting her family's need above her own.
Survivors include her husband, Chun Yu; daughter, Anni; son, Henrey, all of the home; two older sisters and two older brothers.
There are no services planned at this time. Cremation arrangement are under the direction of Parker Mortuary, Joplin, Missouri.
