Lisa Lynne Dickinson, age 55, Joplin, passed away at 4:30 p.m. Friday, February 5, 2016 at her home after a sudden illness.
Lisa was born October 4, 1960 at Hahn Air Force Base, Germany to Janice Carnes James and the late Robert James. She had lived in Joplin for a year moving from Hazelton, Pennsylvania.
She worked as a bookkeeper and office manager at the Pocono International Speedway for several years. Lisa loved NASCAR and was a huge fan.
She is survived by three daughters, Ashley Dickinson, Pennsylvania, Brandy Knight and Tiffany McCaw, both of Oklahoma; her mother, Janice James, Aurora, Colorado; her sister, Anita Dickens, Neosho; and grandchildren, Mikayla and Daniel.
Services are planned for Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Parker Mortuary Chapel. Galen Lassiter will officiate. Interment will follow at Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
