Judy F. Watkins, age 70, of Webb City passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at Webb City Health & Rehab.
She was born on September 1, 1945 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to William A. Watkins and Marjorie (Durman) Watkins. Judy worked in restaurants and did housekeeping most of her life. She is survived by her sister, Barbara Byrd and husband Walt of Joplin; brothers, Billy Watkins of Webb City and Gary Watkins of Joplin.
