William “Tris” Heisten, 56, Carthage, MO, passed away early Sunday morning, February 14, 2016 at his home. William “Tris” Heisten was born December 19, 1959 in Carthage, MO to Victor Harold Heisten and Darelene A. (Deitz) Heisten. He graduated from Carthage Senior High School, Class of 1977, and then went on to Kansas City School of Auctioneering, where he was named World Champion Ringman. Tris was a ringman for auto auctions in the Granby and Springfield areas. He was a member of St. Ann’sCatholic Church, Carthage, MO.
Survivors include his mother, two brothers; Hal (wife Gabriella) Heisten, Carthage, MO, and Randy (wife Sally) Heisten, Eldorado Springs, MO, one sister-in-law; Darla Heisten, Carthage, MO, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, and one brother; Brad Heisten.
Visitation will be held 6:00-7:00 pm, Friday, February 19, 2016 at Knell Mortuary, Carthage. Inurnment will be held at a later date in Park Cemetery, Carthage.
