(From Ulmer Funeral Home)Charlyn Kay Mansfield, 49, of Carthage, Missouri, passed away at her home on Saturday, August 20, 2022. Charlyn was born to Charles Wofford and Shirley “Carson” Wofford on October 17, 1972, in Carthage.
She owned a restaurant and a catering business. She loved to cook and spending time at the lake with her family. Charlyn was a member of the Grace Episcopal Church in Carthage.
Charlyn was joined in marriage to Blake Mansfield in December of 1999 in Carthage; he preceded her in death in June of 2015.
She is survived by her mother, Shirley Wofford; a brother, Spencer Wofford (Rene) of Joplin; a sister, Shannon Vaughn (Jim) of Carthage; and several nieces and nephews.
Charlyn was preceded in death by her husband, Blake Mansfield; and father, Charles Wofford.
At this time, no services have been scheduled.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Ulmer Funeral Home.
