Joel Stinnett

Joel David Stinnett, 34, Webb City, passed away on Monday, August 8, 2022.

Joel was born April 13,1988, in Joplin, Missouri, son of David Stinnett and April Brill.

He graduated Webb City High School in 2006. He went to Missouri Southern State University, studying international business. As his interests changed, he graduated from the Police Academy in 2009.








Joel was fearless. He loved the outdoors, snow skiing, hunting, and traveling. He was skilled in construction, working on cars, and was an accomplished cook. Joel was always helping other people. Even in his death, he helped save 4 lives, by being a generous organ donor. He was loved by his family and will be greatly missed.

Survivors include his father, David Stinnett, Webb City; mother, April Brill, Joplin; grandparents, Bill and JoAnn Brill, Joplin; his beloved dog, Sitka; and several family members and friends.






 

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Monday, August 15, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Thornhill-Dillon Mortuary. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Furry Hearts Rescue.

Arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
