Don Beason

Donald E Beason, 65, of North Miami Oklahoma, died Sunday August 14th 2022 at Miami Nursing Center in Miami Oklahoma.

Don was born February 3rd, 1957, in Fort Chaffee, Arkansas to Donald V. Beason and Hazel F (Earp) Beason.
He was part of the graduating class 1975 of Picher Oklahoma.

Don then went on to electronics school in 1983 at Franklin Technical Institute where he earned his Electronics technician certificate and went on to use that knowledge throughout his career.

Over the course of his life he worked in various roles. He managed ColorTyme rent-to-own stores in Pittsburg Kanas, Jefferson City Missouri, and Miami Oklahoma. He operated the Gold Photo booth in Miami Oklahoma. Don owned and operated Front Door Electronics in Miami Oklahoma. In later years he became a school bus driver for Wyandotte and Fairland School Districts and Northeast Technology Center in Afton, Oklahoma.

Surviving are two daughters, Jennifer Pease (Butch Schettler) of Girard Kansas and Brittany Plummer (Mike Plummer) of Lamar Missouri, brother, Bill Beason (Brenda Beason) of Commerce, Oklahoma, sister, Sandy Jester of Commerce, Oklahoma, four grandchildren, Quentin Pease, Matthew Pease, Jaydon Plummer, and Mikenna Plummer, niece, Melissa McDaniel and 2 nephews, Joe Cox and Will Jester.

Don was a beloved father, papa, son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents Donald V. Beason and Hazel F (Tackett-Earp) McNeely
Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 29, 2022 at G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami, OK. Pastor Terry Warren will officiate. The family will receive friends Monday, August 29, 2022 from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. at Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, OK.
