(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Cheyanne Funk, age 22 of Joplin, Missouri passed away Thursday, December 8th.
She was born September 19th, 2000, in Kansas City, MO, to parents Harry Funk and Michelle Hamilton.
The family moved to Joplin, MO, shortly after Cheyanne was born. Harry then married Kathy Funk (Brown.) She attended Carthage High School where she enjoyed arts and crafts and spending time with her family.
Cheyanne is survived by her father; Harry Funk, her mother; Michelle Hamilton, and her stepmother; Kathy Funk (Brown). She is also survived by her Finance; Franklin Hasenplaugh and two siblings; her brother David Kieffer of Wheatland, MO, and a sister; Megan Funk (Matthew Bedford) of Carl Junction, MO. Two Aunts; Tiffany Robertson of Joplin, MO, and Tammy Robertson of Joplin, MO. Also surviving is Cheyanne’s stepbrother and two stepsisters; Tommy King, Emily King, and Chelsie King, all of Springfield, MO.
A funeral service will be held at the Mason-Woodard Chapel at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 13th with a Visitation starting at 1:00 p.m.
