(From Clark Funeral Home)Deborah Jean Olbrey, 72, passed away on November 14, 2023. She was born to Rolland Junior Moore and Betty Jean (Johnson) Moore on March 13, 1951, in Joplin, Missouri. Deborah graduated Class of 1969 from Neosho High School and remained a lifelong resident of the area.
Throughout her career, Deborah dedicated herself as a bookkeeper and accountant for various local businesses. Her work ethic and commitment were evident in everything she did.
Deborah's true joy came from her family. She cherished her children—Jessica Jean Brown, Richard Wayne Olbrey, and wife Tiffany, and Andrew Scott Olbrey and wife Amanda—as well as her grandchildren: Maddy, Charlie, Tori, Ryker, Anson, and Tripp.
Her devotion to her family was unwavering, and they held a special place in her heart in addition to her children and grandchildren, she is survived by her former husband and father of her children, Rick Olbrey of Racine, her sisters Peggy Lee Day of Neosho, MO, Sandra June McQueen of Flint, TX, and Kathy Louise Moore of Neosho, MO, and her nieces and nephews: Cari Southern, Matthew Day, Stacey Higgins, and Samantha McQueen. Deborah was preceded in death by her parents and a nephew, Ryan Moore.
