Michael Hatton

Michael Brian Hatton, age 64, of Joplin, Missouri passed away Monday, November 20, 2023 at NHC HealthCare Joplin in Joplin, Missouri.

He was born November 23, 1958 in Terry, Montana the son of Alvin Hatton and Ellen Bailey, who preceded him in death.

Surviving are one son, Dalton Hatton of Fordland, Missouri; two daughters, Veronica Hatton of Spring Lake, North Carolina and Elizabeth Minaca and her husband Ben of Marshfield, Missouri; three grandchildren and stepfather, Ed Davison of Purdy, Missouri.

Michael served in the United States Marines. He owned and operated 417 Consignment in Joplin, Missouri for several years and had previously owned the Auction House of Joplin. Michael was a hard worker with a very strong Christian faith who devoted his life to Christ. He loved his family and friends.

Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, November 25, 2023 at McQueen Funeral Home in Wheaton. Brother Tony Ball will conduct the services. Burial with military honors will be at Concord Cemetery in Exeter, Missouri.
