(From Parker Mortuary)Odee Wayne Duvall, age 63, of Joplin, passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at his home.
Odee was born on February 16, 1960 in Joplin, MO, to the union of Thomas and Cynthia (Coppinger) Duvall. He was a lifetime resident of the Joplin area. He attended Parkwood High School before proudly serving in the United States Army. He was an avid Indian Heritage collector and you could often find him exploring the outdoors hunting for arrowheads. He enjoyed making jewelry out of Indian beads. Odee also enjoyed fishing and shooting guns from time to time.
Odee is preceded in death by his mother, Cynthia Duvall.
Odee is survived by his daughter, Amber Osier and husband, Kelly; father, Thomas Duvall; brother, Terry Duvall; sisters, Marquita Duvall, Evelyn Duvall, Helen Duvall-Maddox, and Susan Duvall; and a host of extended family and friends.
There will be a celebration of life held at a later date.
Cremation arrangements are under the special direction of Parker Mortuary.
