A resident of Joplin, Missouri, Rusty's presence was a comforting constant to those who knew him. He was a man of few words, but each one held a depth of wisdom and understanding of the world around him.
Rusty's memory will be lovingly cherished by his sisters, Mary Gillis and Bonnie Davis, as well as his brother James Scarbrough, along with other extended family and friends. His quiet strength will be deeply missed by his family and all those fortunate enough to have known him.
