Kathy Rhine

Kathleen Ann Rhine, 84, passed away in Carthage, Missouri Friday, January 26, 2024. Kathy was born April 22, 1939, in East Moline, Illinois to John Godby and Lois Ingram. 

Kathy worked at Pizza Hut and then at Innovative Industries for twenty years. She was a member of the Bridge Church in Carthage, formerly First Christian Church.

Kathy was united in marriage to Charles Rhine in 1982 in Carthage, Missouri; he survives.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Charles; a son, Gary Carter Becktold of Midwest City, Oklahoma; two daughters, Tina Leighton of Galena, Kansas, and Melissa K. George of Joplin, Missouri; four grandchildren; and twenty great grandchildren.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, John and Lois Godby; and two sisters, Sharon and Pat.

A Memorial service will be held for Kathleen at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at Ulmer Funeral Home in Carthage, Missouri.
