(From Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home)Scott Anthony Holubec, 27 of Everton, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2024. He was born on May 14, 1997, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Scott and Melinda (Burgess) Holubec.
Scott was a 2015 Ash Grove High graduate and recently graduated from OTC with an associate’s degree of applied science in Information Technology Infrastructure. Scott loved history and Greek Mythology. He also enjoyed gaming, board games, and soccer, especially Real Salt Lake. Scott loved his family and spending time with them, but his niece Jessica had a special place in his heart. He had the biggest heart and gave the best hugs. Scott carried the world on his shoulders and just wanted everyone around him to be happy. He will be fondly remembered by all those that knew and loved him.
Scott is survived by his parents, Scott and Melinda Holubec; sisters, Elizabeth and Dylan Oakes, Cassandra Holubec; niece, Jessica Holubec; grandparents, Gayle and Grant Earnshaw, Dee Burgess, Jack and Martha Holubec; uncles and aunts, Tim and Janelle Holubec, Shaun Burgess, Casey Kemp, Josh Earnshaw, Mike and Tara Burgess; cousins, other family and friends.
Scott is preceded in death by his great grandparents, Virgina Taylor, Steve and Emma Holubec, Raymond and Edna Bartges.
Visitation will be 6:00PM-8:00PM, Thursday, August 8, 2024, at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove. Funeral services will be 2:00PM, Friday, August 9, 2024, at the funeral home.
