(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Carolyn Litz, age 84, of Carl Junction, Missouri passed away Tuesday March 22, 2022.
She was born August 9, 1937, in Carthage, Missouri to Walter and Bessie (Corder) Goodman.
Carolyn was very involved with the Christian Church and served as a missionary in several countries. She was also a hospital Chaplain and a Christian Counselor. She obtained a master’s degree in pastoral counseling from the Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis.
She volunteered at Soul’s Harbor and most recently, she was attending Christ Church of Perseverance. She devoted her life to serving the Lord.
She married Robert Litz on April 20, 1988, and he survives. Carolyn is also survived by one son, Tod Ammerman and wife Allison, Williston, North Dakota; one daughter, Amy Fagan and husband James, Cambridge City, Indiana; one sister, Marjorie Taylor; two brothers, John Goodman and Ron Goodman; six grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents, two children, Kristi and Gay, and one brother Wayne Goodman.
