(From Clark Funeral Home)Deborah Jean Phillips, age 63, of Fairview, Missouri entered into rest at 6:15 p.m. on Sunday, March 6, 2022. She was born November 12, 1958, in Winfield, Kansas, to Leland and Cecil (Beard) Burns.
Deborah enjoyed crochet, needlepoint, and many different crafts, as well as spending time with her family and grandchildren.
She married Monty David Phillips on April 3, 1991, in Fredonia, Kansas.
She is survived by her three children; Charles Heiling, of Pittsburg, Kansas, Joel “JC” William, Norton, Kansas, Kristal Warford, of Fairview, Missouri; seven grandchildren; Kalli, Gavin, Brianna, Hayden, Isabella, Keigan, and CJ; one great-grandchild, Madysen. Her two brothers; John DeGand, and Boyd Burns; three sisters; Betty Burns, Gloria Stone, Mary “Quail” Carney.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, husband Monty, Kathlene Morrow; two brothers; Rufus Burns, Orlis Byrant; Kathleen Martinez, and Evelena Thomas.
The family will have a memorial service on May 8, 2022, in Fredonia, Kansas. Local arrangements have been conducted by the Clark Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family c/o Clark Funeral Home, PO Box 66, Neosho, MO 64850.
