John Lowell Chambers, age 61, of Nevada, MO passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, MO.
John was born April 19, 1960 in Gravette, Arkansas to Lowell Keith and Rosalie Lou (Van Sickle) Chambers. He was a high school graduate and worked as a Truck Driver for many years, before becoming disabled. He enjoyed racing cars at the Nevada Speedway, working on cars, and playing cards.
John is survived by his wife, Connie; two sons, Bruce (Christine) Chambers, Lees Summit and Carl Chambers, Joplin, MO; daughter, Elizabeth Aman, Jacksonville, FL; his mother, Rosalie Chambers, Nevada; one brother, Warren Chambers, Nevada, MO; three grandchildren, Kristopher Chambers, Braeden Chambers, and Matthew Chambers; and a good friend, Tom Leatherman. He was preceded in death by his father, Lowell Keith Chambers.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
