(From Parker Mortuary)Rebecca Lea McAllister, age 48, Carl Junction, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, March 20,2022 in Joplin.
Rebecca was born March 20,1974 in Denver, Colorado, and moved to Kansas as a child and grew up in Columbus, Kansas where she graduated from Columbus High School.
She worked as a Contract Forklift Operator for several different manufactures in the Joplin area for years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Joplin. She loved her family and many friends who loved her just as much. She paid special attention to her pets. She will be missed by many.
Survivors include her mother, Nadine McAllister of Carl Junction; sister, Angie VanKam of Towanda, Kansas, and Robert McAllister and wife Kiley of Olathe, Kansas; nephews Kelson McAllister, and Kase McAllister.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 27,2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the V.F.W. Post 534 in North Joplin.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
