Elizabeth ‘Betsy’ Ann King, 62, Arkadelphia, AR, passed away June 26, 2017 in Galveston, Texas. She was born June 12, 1955 in Neosho, MO.
Betsy is the daughter of James Calvin and Mary Beth (Dorsey) Lane.
She was a retired teacher in the Bismarck, Arkansas School District. Betsy was a member of the Methodist Church in Arkadelphia, AR. Betsy married Lee King June 16, 1979 in Neosho MO. He survives in Arkadelphia, AR.
Additional survivors are two children, Erin Elizabeth Moore and husband Derek, Springdale, AR., Austin Morgan King and wife Devin, Hollywood, AR. She is also survived by her Mother, Mary Beth Lane, Neosho, MO, a brother Jim ‘Bud’ Lane and wife Diana, Branson, MO. and three grandchildren, Piper King, Brooks King and Ellis Moore.
She is preceded in death by her father, Calvin Lane.
Services will be held Monday, July 3, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Neosho United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the Neosho IOOF Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday afternoon from 2:00 to 3:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
Services are under the direction of Clark Funeral Home, Neosho, MO.
