Louise M. Honeycutt, 94, Neosho, passed away June 25, 2017 in Joplin, Missouri.
She was born January 11, 1923 in Neosho, the daughter of Avery and Cordia (Crabtree) Harrington. Louise was a lifelong area resident, worked for Southwestern Bell from 1946 to 1978 as a telephone operator, then worked for a short time at Moark and Teledyne. She enjoyed needlework, hand sewing, cooking and especially being with family. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Louise married Frank Francisco, Jr. in 1941 and to this union two sons were born. She then married Herman Honeycutt in 1956 and he preceded her in death on July 2, 1981. Louise is survived by one son, Jack D. Francisco of Lebanon, MO; five grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren and two brothers, Royal ‘Roy’ Harrington of Lead Hill, AR and Howard Harrington of Neosho. In addition to her husband and parents, Louise is preceded in death by her son, Thomas A. Francisco; one grandson; one granddaughter; six sisters and two brothers.
Services will be held Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Clark Funeral Home in Neosho. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Lutie Cemetery in Theodosia, Missouri. The family will receive friends at a time of visitation on Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
