(From Parker Mortuary)Marsha Chamberlain Kirk passed away suddenly the morning of September 3, 2023. She was born in Afton, Oklahoma to Alvin and Nola Chamberlain.
Marsha spent her early childhood in northeastern Oklahoma and attended Grove and Afton Schools. She and her family also lived in Hood River, Oregon for several years before returning to Afton where she graduated from Afton High School in 1967.
Marsha is survived by her husband, Joe Kirk and her two daughters Jennifer Kirk Sosik and James Sosik of Renton, WA and Christa Kirk and Scott Righter of Joplin, and her granddaughters Brooke Righter and Karah Righter who both brought so much joy to her life. Marsha is also survived by her sister Nancy Bandy of Fort Gibson, OK.
The family will remember Marsha in a private service in the near future. If you would like to honor Marsha’s life, please support the church or charitable organization of your choice.
