Michael Boyd

Chief Warrant Officer-3 Michael Dewayne Boyd, 69 of Anderson, MO entered into rest on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at his residence surrounded by family. He was born on November 12, 1953, in Memphis, TN to the late Motiaco and Edward Boyd. 

Michael spent his childhood in Tennessee and Mississippi. At the young age of seventeen, Michael enlisted in the United States Army, served in the Vietnam War, Cold War and continued to proudly serve his country in Armor & Missiles until 1990.

 

Michael is preceded in death by his wife of 40 years Peggy Jean (Pittman) Boyd and his parents. He is survived by his two sons Nathan & Nicholas Boyd (Sara) and grand-daughter, Ash Boyd.
