Anna Louise Doss, age 93, Joplin, passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at Autumn Home Care in Columbus, Kansas after a lengthy illness.
Anna was born December 30, 1925 in Webb City, Missouri, daughter of the late Ernest Hensley and Dicie Dodson Hensley. She grew up in Webb City, and was a stay at home wife and mother. She loved spending time with her family, and had a strong faith.
In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Doss, Jr., who passed away on November 16, 2006; a daughter, Linda Kohler, seven sisters and one brother.
Survivors include her sons, Terry D. Doss and wife Ruby, and Shannon Neal Doss all of Joplin; seven grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
Private services were held at Fairview Cemetery, next to family.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
