Guy Sampson, 58, Seneca, MO, passed into eternal rest Thursday, September 12, 2019 at his home.
Guy’s story started on January 20, 1961, in Las Cruces, NM. Guy formerly worked in the construction field and was self-employed. Guy was very proud of his grandkids. He loved to talk about them, and if you didn’t want to listen too bad because the one thing never said about Guy was that he was a man of few words. Guy would take every opportunity he had to express his love for his family and his Broncos. He was a self-proclaimed sharpshooter and fire expert. In all his endeavors, he only almost burnt down one house and lit his pants on fire just a few times -even once in church while playing with a lighter.
Guy Sampson married Daphne Cole October 19, 1979, in Seneca, MO and she survives.
Survivors include his child, Tiffany and her husband Chad; siblings, Jean, Bruce, Danny, Eddie, and Cheryl; grandchildren, Mirabelle, Constance, Brody and a host of nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
Guy was preceded in death by Dwight Cole (Pops), Viola Cole (Mom), brother Lewis.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM, Saturday, September 21, 2019 at the Campbell-Biddlecome Funeral Home, Seneca, MO with family and friends telling memories of Guy. A visitation will be held following the Celebration of Life Memorial Service from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
