(From Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home)David Frank Klingsporn, 75, of Monett was called home to Heaven on Monday May 24, 2021 at his home in Monett while surrounded by family. He was born in Monett, Missouri on January 22, 1946; the son of the late Enos and Vonda (Laloge) Klingsporn.
He was a retired mechanic, enjoyed going to the I-70 Speedway to watch racing and was a member of the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Monett, Missouri.
David is survived by five sons: Jesse Klingsporn of Joplin, Missouri, Josiah Klingsporn of Palestine, Texas, Darin Klingsporn of Exeter, Missouri, Mike Klingsporn of California, and Kyle Parker of Webb City, Missouri; three daughters: Courtney Klingsporn of Diamond, Missouri, Kathy Roberson of Monett, and Misty Adams of Palestine, Texas; one sister: Doris Reynaud of Springfield, Missouri; and ten grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Enos and Vonda and one son: James Roberson.
Visitation for David is being held on Tuesday June 1, 2021 from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett, Missouri. Funeral services for David are being held on Wednesday June 2, 2021 at 2:00p.m. at the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Chapel in Monett, Missouri. Burial will follow services at the McCormick St. John’s Cemetery in Monett, Missouri.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Bennett-Wormington Funeral Home in Monett, Missouri.
