Martha Maddaline England, age 78, Joplin, passed away on Thursday, August 4, 2022 in Joplin.

Martha was born May 29, 1944, in Pax, West Virginia, daughter of the late Tommie and Una Mae (Hatfield) Daugherty.

Martha was a loving mother and grandmother who loved God and her family with everything she had in her. She lost her husband, David over 20 years ago, and she has longed for the reunion they are now sharing. She was a very loving and caring person who will greatly be missed by her family.

Survivors include her daughters, Sherry Hart and husband Eric of Joplin, Teresa England and husband Loren of Toledo, Iowa, and Brittany Farwell and husband Kelly of Memphis, Tennessee; nephew, Glenn England of Frazier Park, California; and two granddaughters, Shelby Hart and Kendall Hart both of Joplin, and her many furry grandchildren.

Per Martha’s wishes, she will be taken for cremation, and private family services will occur at a later date.

Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Parker Mortuary.
