Evelene Cooper Lewis, 95, of Pineville, Missouri died on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Evelene was born on March 16, 1928 in the Powell area to Earl and Jewell Cooper.

She married Earnest Lewis on July 26, 1944 and they resided in McDonald County, most of their lives. She loved spending time with friends and family; traveling, fishing, and hunting. She was also a member of Valley View Church.

Evelene was preceded in death by her husband, Earnest and grand-daughter, Susan Joan Lewis. Two sisters; Leona Bolin and Ylene Boatwright.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Joan and Roland Keith; son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Mary Lou Lewis both of Anderson, Missouri; two grandchildren, Richard Keith and Tonya Lewis, both of Anderson; six great grandchildren, Alesha, Nathan, Becca, Brandie, Hunter, and Mackenzie; and three great, great grandchildren, Mariah, Dawson, and Reed; one sister, Louise Jennings of Centerton, Arkansas. Evelene will be remembered by a host of other family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, November 3, 2023 at Tracy Cemetery, East of Anderson. Pastor Roland Keith will officiate. Pallbearers will be Richard Keith, Hunter Keith, Kevin Colville, Brent Colville, Travis Browning, and Scotty Qualls.
