James Harvey “Jimmy” O’Neal, III , known by his friends as “Skinny” passed from this life Thursday, November 2, 2023 at his home. He was 49.

Jimmy was born January 24, 1974 in Miami, OK to James Harvey and Georgia Ruth (Whitecotton) O’Neal, II. He had lived in Miami most of his life. He had worked as a bartender at Ruby’s Tavern in Miami, OK and worked for Steve O’Neal’s Lawn Care.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jimmy is survived by 1 brother, Kevin Sooter and wife Shannon of Diamond, MO, 2 sisters, Kim Kuester and husband Tony of Miami, OK and Karen Black and husband Jeff of Columbus, KS and several nieces and nephews.
