(From Mason-Woodard Mortuary)Rodney DeLeon age 41, of Joplin, Missouri passed away unexpectedly on Monday November 6,
2023.
He was born February 1, 1982 in Pampanga, Philippines to Mark and Pamela (Cervantes)
Scoville.
Rodney was a supervisor for Missouri Metal.
He married Maricel Pineda on June 23, 2007 and she survives. Rodney is also survived by two
children, Sebastian and Gabriel DeLeon, one brother Russel DeLeon and numerous extended
family and friends.
A Memorial Mass will be held 4:00 pm Tuesday November 14, 2023 at St. Peter the Apostle
Church. The family will receive friends 3:00 – 5:00 pm Saturday November 11, 2023 at Mason-
Woodard Mortuary.
