Chad Crawley

Chad Michael Crawley, 36, departed from this earth on December 3, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Rogers, AR after battling a rare medical condition he had since birth.

He was preceded in death by his beloved Granny, Jo Nell Crawley.

He is survived by his two children, Alexis Renee Crawley and Chad James Crawley of Southwest City, MO; parents, Donna and Eddie Buzzard of Gravette; brother, Joseph (Haley) Buzzard of Siloam Springs; sister, Karen (Devin) Buzzard of Gravette; grandfather, Austin Crawley of Bella Vista; nephews, Aiden, Blake, and Gunner; nieces, Myla and Isabella; a very special uncle, James (Audrey) Crawley; a very special aunt, Belinda (Jheri) Roberts.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Bella Vista Funeral Home, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd., Bella Vista, AR 72715 with Pastor Jheri Roberts officiating. Pallbearers will be Aaron Roberts, Adam Roberts, Jerry Crawley, David Townsend, Daniel Brown, and Devin Nickles. Burial will follow the funeral service at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Hiwasse, AR.
