Joe Dombroski

Joseph "Joe" Edward Dombroski, age 67, of Monett, MO passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, looking for arrowheads in Rocky Comfort, MO. He was born in Monett, MO on Monday, November 5, 1956; son of Eugene and Clara (Heeter) Dombroski. 

Joe was a 1975 graduate of Pierce City High School where he played football. He spent many years farming and working as a logger. Joe enjoyed all things outside; hunting arrowheads, farming, antiquing, splitting wood, and playing with his grandchildren. 

He enjoyed antique shops and auctions. He also collected coins. Joe enjoyed Rock n Roll music and visiting with family and friends. He'll be missed by many!

Surviving are the following: two sons, Steven (Winsley) Dombroski of Joplin, MO and David Dombroski of Monett, MO; one daughter, Chelsea (Jeromy) Dutra of Ft. Smith, AR; two sisters, Cheryl Durkin of Columbia, MO and Karla (Jim) Chapman of Pierce City, MO; nine grandchildren, Tyla, Jarrett, Hunner, Bennett, Bryson, Maci, Jayton, Allee, and Hazley; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Preceding him in death include his parents, Eugene and Clara and a brother, Steve.

The family will receive friends at Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City, MO on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM.

Graveside services will be at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery in Pulaskifield, MO on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, beginning at 2:00 PM with Father Paul Pudhota officiating. Arrangements are under the personal care and direction of Lakin Funeral Home in Pierce City, MO.
